Another RC dream to take off of the bucket list 😉 I sometimes laugh at Sandra for “living for the gadgets” 😉 but this time it’s me, that HAD TO have something, that doesn’t necessarily change much in my rig’s driving abilities 😉 But just look at it! Doesn’t my drift car look awesome on a trailer??
So let’s get started! There is not much to do to put it together – instruction, that you can see on the picture above, is all that the producer decided we need to know about the assembly 😀 Easy, right?
To be honest, putting together wheels took me the majority of time I needed for this quick build. They are “as easy and fun” to put together as the stock ones from my Trail Finder 2, if you know what I mean 😉
What made me want this trailer so much was that it had leaf springs. I saw many nice looking trailers that unfortunately didn’t have any suspension. I think that leaf springs are a nice touch, even though it’s “just” a trailer.
If there is anything I don’t like about this trailer, it has to be the lights. They work two ways – constant light or “disco”, as I call it 😉 It means basically that it blinks. A lot. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was doing it slower – now it’s not scale and realistic at all. And one other thing – I think that side lights should be orange (now they are all red). A few zip ties to mount them would also be a good idea 😉
