I think that usually body is the last part, that we take care of when we build a new project. This time I was so happy with the result, that I needed to show you my drifter’s looks before everything else 😀

I chose Ford Mustang Boss 302 Pc Body Shell (Matrixline RC) (fourth Ford in the family, if you count our 1:1 Fiesta 😉 ). What can I say about it? It’s weel done for it’s low price, that’s for sure.

I’ve got this idea to paint it silver/chrome on the inside, and other color on the outside. This way, when I scratch the surface, it’s gonna look like there is metal under the paint. I also painted some parts black (inside and out). The roof is painted black only on the inside to make it look as if it was made of glass (like in the real rig).

Than I painted the remaining part blue and add “some” stickers 😉

Paint we used:

PS-3 Light Blue Tamiya 86003 (about 1,5 cans)
PS-5 Black Tamiya 86005 (2 cans)
PS-48 Semi-Gloss Silver Anodized Aluminum Tamiya 86048 (2 cans)
Ford Mustang Boss 302 Pc Body Shell (PART: #MR/PC201214 on AsiaTees.com)
